Arizona Athletics and the Wildcat Club recognize the impact our 12,000 members have on the university community, and we are thankful for your support of our 500 student-athletes. Our organization continues to stay committed to building academic, athletic and life champions within these student-athletes across our 22 competitive athletic programs. This would not be possible without the dedication of our members, and other benefactors like you, that understand what it takes for these students to excel at the highest levels of intercollegiate competition. 5980 Fund
University of Arizona student-athletes are eligible for up to $5,980 in supplemental academic aid through the athletic department's established "5980 Academic Fund.” These funds go above the traditional cost of attendance, providing our student-athletes with the necessary resources they need to enhance their collegiate experience.
William M. "Bill" Clements Golf Center
In partnership with the Tucson Country Club, The William M. “Bill” Clements Golf center leads the nation as a top-of-the-line, and world-class class facility. Arizona Athletics strategically has worked to position the Men’s and Women’s Golf programs as the premier collegiate golf experience in the state, working towards building future generations of All-Americans and team championships. This project will include a laser-guided putting green, hitting bays, locker rooms, a student-athlete lounge, a medical services room, offices for coaching staff and other amenities.
