College of Engineering Forever ENGAGED Challenge
Support the student success through the ENGAGED program in the College of Engineering today! Your gift will be amplified with a match by Cindy (’88 B.S. Industrial Engineering) and Dan Klingberg (’93 B.S. in Electrical Engineering). For a 5th year, Dan and Cindy, who are passionate supporters of the ENGAGED program, are matching up to $5000! The ENGAGED program has shown a significant impact on student success and retention. The rising sophomore students in Summer TRACK are about 4 times more likely to persist to their junior year in engineering than similar students who did not participate in Summer TRACK. Your donations will support scholarships and summer housing for students who participate in signature summer engineering programs: Summer TRACK and Blast Off. Your gift and the challenge match, supports approximately 15 students from low-income households to cover the tuition their Pell Grant does not cover.
