In the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences (SBS), we study people and their interactions with each other and the world. Our faculty and students are working to understand and find answers to the major issues of our times, including political conflict, poverty, and climate change.
We provide students with hands-on experiences and transferable skills – such as communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills – necessary to thrive in fulfilling careers. We advance innovative, interdisciplinary solutions to entrenched social problems. We work with the community to build bridges between theory and practice. Our vision: A just world, together.
